What is Rovexis?
Rovexis is operations software for small businesses that do physical work. It keeps work orders, crew schedules, inventory, checklists and equipment maintenance in one place, so a job can be followed from the first request to the final sign-off.
Who is it built for?
Teams of roughly five to a few hundred people with work in the field, on a shop floor or across several sites: field service crews, workshops, warehouses, facilities teams and multi-location shops.
Do we need to install anything?
No. Rovexis runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. Field staff open their checklists from a phone browser.
Can we bring our existing spreadsheets?
Yes. Equipment lists, stock items, locations, people and recurring jobs can be imported from CSV files. During onboarding we map your columns with you before importing.
How long does it take to get started?
Most teams start with one site or one crew. How long it takes depends on how many lists and procedures you bring; we agree on a plan with you during the first call.
Who can see what?
Each person has a role that sets which sites and records they can view or change. Changes are recorded in an audit log with the person and the time.
Can we get our data out?
Any list can be exported to CSV whenever you need it. If you stop using Rovexis, we provide a complete export on request.
How are plans set?
Plans are set per organization, based on the number of users and sites. Write to us with your team size and we will send a proposal.
